Who should use DDI-30 Monthly Dose?

The full monthly supplant of daily 60 minute inhalation of DDI-30 is meant for adults age 18+. Inhaling essential oils is generally not recommended for children under 6 years old. For older children and teenagers, shorter doses of 15 minutes per day are recommended.

Day 1-2: Inhale for 15 minutes in a contained space.

Day 3: Inhale for 30 minutes in a contained space.

Day 4-30: Inhale for 60 minutes in a contained space.

Prolonged inhalation can lead to irritation, sensitization and adverse reactions.

It’s safe to take if expired, however, we only guarantee potency and efficacy up until the expiration date. If your product is expired when you receive your order, please let us know and we will replace it free of charge.

There’s no harm if you miss a day, or even if you miss a few. But for optimal results, daily intake is encouraged.

This is because inhaled essential oils enter the bloodstream very quickly, and metabolize.

If your home is consistently warmer than 79 F for extended periods, consider placing your DDI-30 in a cool corner out of direct sunlight.

Extreme changes in light and temperate can adulterate the essential oils, so consistency and stability is key.
